Booking and Payments

To confirm a project or service engagement, clients are required to provide written approval and make the advance payment as specified in the project proposal or service agreement. Work will commence only after receipt of the confirmed advance.

Full payment must be completed before final deliverables are handed over, unless a different schedule has been agreed upon in writing. All payments are accepted via bank transfer or other approved digital payment methods. Any bank or transaction charges incurred on the client's end are the responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of project completion at the time of the cancellation request. Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed. Any applicable transaction or banking charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that any work already completed and approved before the cancellation request will be considered non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation, a service charge of 10% of the total booking amount is retained as a non-refundable administrative fee. regardless of the stage of the project. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded as per the Refund Policy outlined above.

DigitalBiki.com reserves the right to cancel a project engagement in the event of non-payment, breach of agreed terms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.
